Specific skills for specific mobs & HP

Hi there.

Is there any way to assign specific skills to specific mobs?

Ex, Tomb Spirit mobs in JG cave spawns small 30lv ones, assigning Lion Shout skill just for those to one shot.

Also, is there a way to add specific skills for mob HP?

Ex, a nuke hits for 80% hp of the mob, and finishing them with Lion Shout instead of queuing skills for it.

These questions were bugging my brain for a while, took a look at Conditions but couldn’t figure it out.
